Questions about an official Skagit County court docket belong with the clerk for the court that received the case. This private reference site cannot change a setting, provide legal advice, or issue records. The contacts below route Superior Court document requests to the Skagit County Clerk and explain when District or municipal court staff must be contacted instead.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route common Skagit County requests by record type and court:

  • A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

For Superior Court dockets and records, contact the Skagit County Clerk at 205 W. Kincaid Street, Room 103, Mount Vernon, WA 98273, phone 360-416-1800. The public office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except recognized holidays. Email requests may be directed to supcrtclerk@co.skagit.wa.us.

District Court records are held at 600 S. Third Street in Mount Vernon. Call 360-416-1250 or use the court's published civil, criminal, calendaring, infraction, billing, or general email address. A municipal case remains with the named city court, not the County Clerk.
